BASF Coatings Services hosted guests and stakeholders from across Mzansi for more than just a golf day.
The group hosted the day at the end of September at the Randpark Golf Course near Cresta in Randburg, Gauteng.

Besides the fun and hijinks that are usually associated with a golf day like this, there was also a serious side to the event – the launch of the all-new Glasurit 100 Line.
Launching the product was Managing Director for BASF Coatings Services in South Africa – the well-known Maritz Botha – and all the way from Germany, Roar Solberg, the Vice President for the EMEA Region for the global BASF Automotive Refinishing Coatings group.
Maritz, Roar and Trevor Vogel (Regional Technical Manager) took questions from MC Dan Nicholl and shared insights into why it is so critical to launch a fast-acting product such as the 100 Line into a market that often have to compete with load shedding and other disruptions.

Keep an eye on BodyShop News Africa in the near future for a detailed analysis of the new product range, its features and its benefits.
A big thanks to the team from BASF for making us part of the day and another round of applause to Dan Nicholl, the master of ceremonies, for his unique style and humour that made the day and the evening’s dinner and prize giving such a fun and memorable experience.
See you at the next one!
