Francie Lubbe has been named General Manager of DFSK South Africa, marking the beginning of an ambitious new phase for the commercial vehicle brand. The appointment comes as DFSK continues its rapid expansion across the country's automotive landscape.
Lubbe brings extensive credentials to the role, with 35 years of proven success in dealer development and national network support. Throughout her career, she has established herself as a leader capable of empowering dealers and maintaining the rigorous standards required to foster long term relationships and trust.
Her appointment has been welcomed by DFSK's leadership team. "We are excited to welcome the energy, structure and fresh direction that Lubbe will bring to the brand. Francie's leadership style aligns with DFSK's mission of delivering value driven vehicles supported by a dealership network that is trained, supported and ready for growth," says Gina Giani, Managing Director of DFSK South Africa.

Under Lubbe's leadership, DFSK will focus on strengthening its dealer network, improving brand consistency and customer experience, and implementing aligned marketing strategies. The brand recently marked its first year in South Africa, during which it expanded to a network of 24 dealers.
"I am excited to step into this role at such a pivotal time for DFSK. The brand has enormous potential, and I look forward to working with our dealer network to unlock that potential," she says.
