27-29 October: Automechanika Johannesburg
The 11th edition of Automechanika Johannesburg will take place from 27 to 29 October 2026 at Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand.
The exhibition is expected to attract workshop owners, fleet managers, distributors, importers and procurement professionals seeking access to international manufacturers, aftermarket suppliers, diagnostics experts and workshop equipment providers.
As a leading business and networking platform for the aftermarket sector, the event is designed to help organisations identify new growth opportunities, establish strategic partnerships and stay informed about industry developments.
Visitors will be able to explore a broad range of products and solutions, including vehicle components, tyres, batteries, workshop equipment, collision repair technology and advanced diagnostic systems. The exhibition also creates opportunities for buyers and suppliers to compare products, negotiate contracts and strengthen supply chains.
Regional interest has continued to expand following the Automechanika Africa Connect roadshows in Zambia and Zimbabwe, which highlighted the growing importance of cross-border trade and aftermarket collaboration across Southern Africa.
Emerging automotive technologies will be a major focus, including electric mobility, battery advancements, artificial intelligence, autonomous driving systems and connected vehicle technology. As vehicle technology becomes increasingly sophisticated, demand for specialised aftermarket services and technical expertise is expected to grow.
Trade visitor registration is open, with organisers positioning the exhibition as a key meeting point for networking, sourcing innovative products and exploring business opportunities within the evolving automotive industry.
