The local edition falls under the BodyShop News International umbrella who also publishes BodyShop News Australia, BodyShop News Gulf and BodyShop News Asia. The first BodyShop News Australia was published in 2000 and was founded by Michel Malik, a veteran of the international auto industry with expertise in publishing, editorial, advertising and sales.
